When will my order ship?

Where do you ship?

  • We ship domestically within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we don't deliver to P.O. Boxes or outside the US.

How much does shipping cost?

What is your return policy?

  • While we don't accept returns, don't worry! If your order arrives damaged, send us an email with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

What if my shipment is missing?

  • If your package seems to have vanished, wait 48 hours. Sometimes, carriers mark items as delivered prematurely. If your product is "scanned but has no shipping info," let us know. We'll replace your order once, with shipping costs covered by you.

  • Our products are designed in Brooklyn and crafted in China, emphasizing responsibly sourced materials and ethical manufacturing partners.

What are the products made from?

  • Each product is crafted from borosilicate glass, renowned for its exceptional heat and shatter resistance.

What if I break my product?

  • Accidents happen! Whether it's a clumsy drop or your dog's tail, snap a photo and email us. We'll send you a discount on your next purchase.

How do I clean my products?

  • Pour 91% or 99% isopropyl alcohol into it, add a handful of coarse salt (Epsom or rock salt) for scrubbing action. Shake for five minutes, then rinse with soap and water.
